Morris Mk.I

Manufacture: Extratech, 1/72

This light reconnaissance vehicle Morris Mk.I was produced in amount of cca 2000 pcs and was used by the British army in almost all areas during the war. I built it from Extratech kit, which contains well moulded parts, PE parts and decals. The kit presents the Mk. II. variant, but I didn‘t like the offered camouflages, so I modified the front axle to get the Mk. I. The building went straightforward and with minimum effort I got a nice model to my collection. I just modified the interior by adding the radio station and making new MG barrels. The desert camouflage is from Africa and I used the oil-paints for its finish.
